On the street, free, a few steps away. Via Madonna del Riposo is not a restricted traffic zone. On summer weekends the spot right outside may be taken: the nearest car park that is always free is three hundred metres away.
Yes, always. It starts around eight and there is no fixed closing time. Fresh bread, cornetti, home made cakes, pancakes, eggs, toast, jams, cereals, fruit. If you would like something different, say so the evening before: breakfast on request is a thing here.
Yes, they are included in your stay and there is no surcharge. The terrace is on the first floor and it is there for whoever sleeps here: go up whenever you like, even just to look at Monte Bonifato.
A lift, no: in a late nineteenth century building with load bearing vaults there was no way to fit one without rebuilding everything. But you may not need it. Olea is on the ground floor and you reach it without a single step, with a bathroom fitted with grab rails, a level access shower and room to turn. The breakfast room is on the ground floor too. Upstairs are the other rooms and the terrace. If you need Olea, tell us when you write and we will hold it for you.
No, pets are not allowed. We are sorry to say it, but we would rather say it now than later.
